Ezer is a Windows desktop agent for X activity. By using Ezer, you are responsible for the account you connect, the settings you choose, and how the desktop session is used.
Account and billing
Your account, plan, credits, and top-ups are used to provide access to the Ezer service. Pricing details are available on the pricing page.
Subscription, Credits, and Refunds
Ezer Lite is a paid subscription service that may include monthly usage credits. Credits are consumed when Ezer performs billable AI, media, or automation-related work through the Ezer backend.
Ezer Lite may also offer one-time top-up purchases. Top-ups add usage credits to your account and are subject to the same credit rules, rollover limits, cap rules, account-status rules, and refund/dispute rules described in these Terms.
Except where required by law, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started.
Except where required by law, top-up purchases are generally non-refundable once credits have been granted, and are not refundable once used.
If all included credits for a billing period have been used, refunds for that billing period are generally not available because the included usage has been delivered.
Unused credits are not cash, stored value, or a bank balance. Credits are used only for eligible Ezer service usage and are subject to the credit rules, expiration rules, rollover limits, and account-status rules shown in your account or described in these Terms.
Service Availability and Outages
Ezer depends on third-party systems, including social media platforms, browsers, operating systems, payment providers, AI providers, hosting providers, and your own device, internet connection, account configuration, and platform account status. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
If the Ezer backend service is unavailable for a substantial portion of a billing period, we may review the account for a service credit, extension, or refund.
For this policy, Ezer backend service unavailability means an outage of Ezer-controlled backend services required to provide the paid Ezer service. It does not include outages, changes, restrictions, enforcement actions, rate limits, or failures caused by third-party platforms, AI providers, browsers, operating systems, payment providers, local devices, local internet connections, user configuration, or the user's platform account status.
Outages affecting less than 25% of the monthly billing period do not qualify for a refund by themselves.
Third-party interruptions outside Ezer's control, including platform changes, platform enforcement actions, browser changes, AI provider outages, payment provider issues, device problems, internet outages, or user account restrictions, do not automatically qualify for a refund.
We may offer account credits, extensions, or refunds at our discretion when appropriate. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Billing Issues, Disputes, and Chargebacks
If you have a billing issue, you agree to contact Ezer support first at support@ezerapp.io so we can review the account and attempt to resolve it.
Chargebacks, disputes, refunds, payment reversals, fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms may result in account restriction, loss of access, reversal of credits, blocking of future service, or other account action.
If a refund, dispute, chargeback, payment reversal, or fraud review reverses credits that have already been used, your account balance may become negative and your account may be blocked until the balance issue is resolved.
Third-Party Platform Risk
Ezer interacts with third-party websites and platforms. Your use of Ezer may be affected by changes, restrictions, outages, enforcement actions, rate limits, account restrictions, or policy changes from those third parties.
Ezer is not responsible for third-party platform actions, account restrictions, suspensions, bans, lost followers, lost content, lost revenue, reduced reach, or other consequences caused by your use of automation or your activity on third-party platforms.
Responsible use
You are responsible for following the rules of any platform you use with Ezer. Automation can carry account risk, including restrictions or suspension. Ezer does not guarantee growth, reach, or account outcomes.
Desktop control
Ezer is designed for visible desktop sessions with configurable pacing and limits. Keep sessions observable and pause or stop Ezer whenever the workflow no longer matches your intent.
Terms Updates
We may update these Terms, the Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Affiliate Terms, or other service policies from time to time. Continued use of Ezer after updated terms are presented may require renewed acceptance. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must stop using Ezer.
Also review the Responsible Use page before using Ezer.
