Payment instructions, exceptions, and support

This page explains the Ezer KWEEN payment rail, including product-specific Ezer AI Concierge monthly terms and top-ups. Start every payment from the authenticated product billing screen; generic or historical Ezer products are not interchangeable with Concierge.

Before you approve a payment

KWEEN is an optional payment method for eligible Ezer access and credit purchases. Start from your signed-in Ezer account. A displayed quote is valid for five minutes. Before signing, compare the exact KWEEN token, amount, destination token account, payment reference, memo, and every wallet instruction with the request shown by Ezer. Your wallet may also charge a Solana network fee in SOL.

Do not approve a different token, amount, destination, reference, memo, or unexpected instruction. Ezer never asks for your seed phrase, private key, wallet export, or recovery phrase. Anyone asking for those secrets is not following Ezer's payment process.

When Ezer treats a payment as accepted

A wallet signature or browser success message is not acceptance. Ezer waits for finalized Solana evidence and verifies the exact payer signature, KWEEN mint, token program, treasury destination, amount, decimals, memo, and reference. Ezer also checks quote expiry and global replay protection before committing a grant. Invalid or ambiguous transfers do not receive automatic access or credits.

Blockchain transfers are generally irreversible. Keep your transaction signature and the Ezer payment status available until the purchase is complete.

Exceptions and manual review

Underpayments, overpayments, late payments, duplicate transfers, incorrect references, incorrect destinations, unsupported transfers, and unsolicited transfers may require manual review. Review does not guarantee acceptance, an extra grant, a refund, or recovery of tokens sent to an address Ezer does not control. An accepted overpayment grants only the product shown in the original quote.

To request review, email support@ezerapp.io from the address associated with your Ezer account. Include the approximate payment time, selected product, and public Solana transaction signature. Never include wallet secrets. Ezer will acknowledge the request, preserve the payment state, compare chain and account evidence, and respond with the available resolution or any safe information still needed.

Refunds and remediation

KWEEN refunds are not automatic. If a refund or other remediation is authorized after review, its approved USD value is converted using a fresh, independently checked KWEEN price. The owner manually signs and submits the exact bound treasury transaction outside Ezer's automated service. Ezer records and independently reconciles the finalized chain, ledger, and referral effects. Ezer does not hold a payer or treasury private key and does not automatically send treasury transactions, swaps, payouts, or refunds.

Stripe remains separate

Stripe and KWEEN use the same Concierge entitlement and credit wallet, but their payment rails remain separate. Provider changes use paid, non-overlapping successor terms. KWEEN top-ups remain subject to active entitlement and full-grant capacity rules. A KWEEN payment does not cancel, charge, or refund a Stripe subscription.
