Get StartedText model usage
Post writing, reply drafting, caption generation, and planning use credits based on provider-reported usage.
Image generation
Image jobs use a fixed media charge where applicable, plus the smaller text usage needed for prompts and captions.
Video generation
Video jobs use a fixed media charge where applicable, plus prompt and caption text usage.
Text-only activity
Writing posts, replies, and feed comments usually uses a small amount of credits per action. Exact usage varies based on how much context Ezer reads and the length of the generated response.

10-second video post
A 10-second video post uses credits for the video prompt, the generated video, and the caption. The video generation portion is currently 1,890,000 credits per video job, plus text usage.
Do I need my own OpenAI or xAI key?
No. Ezer uses a server-side model gateway, so provider keys are not stored in the desktop app.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Ezer will stop making billable model or media calls until your subscription renews or you add a top-up.
Do credits roll over?
Yes. Credits can roll over up to the 100,000,000 credit account cap.
Can I cancel?
Yes. You can manage your subscription through your account portal.
Are credits refundable?
Credits are not cash, stored value, or a bank balance. Subscription fees and top-up purchases are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started or credits have been granted, except where required by law. See the Subscription, Credits, and Refunds section of the Terms for details.
