Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy v3.1 - effective August 14, 2026

This policy explains how Ezer AI handles information for accounts, Ezer AI Concierge, historical billing, and Stripe and KWEEN payment support.

Information Ezer may receive

• Account email, verification state, login, recovery, and security events.
• Billing identifiers, Stripe billing address and future tax-compliance evidence, subscription and payment status, ledger and referral records, and support history. Ezer does not store full card numbers.
• Affiliate payout liability, due date, payout method, actual denomination, exchange-rate reference, screening status, and operator audit evidence. Tax identifiers and tax documents are not stored in ordinary application fields.
• Public website URLs, fetched page text, source metadata, and owner selections and approvals.
• Concierge settings, installation, publication, aggregate usage, and audit events.
• Visitor request timestamps, token usage, answer classifications, source references, and limited pseudonymized abuse-prevention signals. Ezer does not retain raw visitor conversation content in the Concierge service.
• Public Solana blockchain transaction evidence submitted for KWEEN payment verification.
• Support communications voluntarily provided.

How Ezer uses information

• Provide and secure accounts, setup, preview, installation, publication, usage, billing, payment, referral, and support functions.
• Retrieve approved information and generate Concierge answers.
• Verify payments, prevent replay and duplicate grants, reconcile transactions, administer referrals, and investigate reversals or abuse.
• Diagnose failures, enforce limits, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations.

AI providers

Ezer may send the minimum context needed to contracted AI providers. Ezer does not use customer website content or visitor messages to train an Ezer model. Provider processing and retention depend on the configured API service and endpoint. Ezer excludes raw model input and output from application logs by default.

Visitor choices

The Concierge does not need a visitor's name, email, phone number, payment information, or sensitive information to answer public website questions. Visitors should not enter passwords, payment details, seed phrases, health records, government identifiers, or confidential information.

Retention

When an owner requests Concierge deletion, Ezer disables the public widget and owner configuration immediately and purges active customer content within 30 days. A deletion tombstone is retained to prevent a restored backup from silently reactivating deleted data. Ezer retains only the minimum pseudonymized payment, ledger, refund, dispute, reconciliation, and referral evidence for seven years for accounting, legal, fraud, and audit obligations. Raw visitor conversation content is not retained by the Concierge service. Other operational and public-chain evidence is kept only as reasonably needed for the stated purpose.

Sharing

Ezer may share information with service providers needed for hosting, database, email, payment, AI inference, monitoring, and support; with the business that installed the Concierge for its service; when legally required; and in a business transfer subject to appropriate protections. Ezer does not sell visitor conversation content or use it for cross-site advertising.

Security

Ezer uses safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, encryption in transit, tenant-scoped data paths, and audit records where applicable. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Requests

Account owners may request access, correction, export, or deletion at support@ezerapp.io, subject to identity verification and records Ezer must retain. Visitors should first contact the business whose website hosted the Concierge; Ezer will assist with verified requests as appropriate.

Children

Ezer AI Concierge is not intended for websites primarily directed to children under 13.
