What happens when Ezer does not know?
Ezer is designed to say when the approved information is not enough and direct the visitor to your business instead of inventing a specific answer.
Can Ezer book appointments or take payments?
No. Ezer can link visitors to the booking page, form, store, phone number, or email already on your website, but it does not complete those transactions.
How do credits work?
Each monthly payment adds 27,000,000 credits to your usage balance. Credits can roll over while access remains continuously active, up to a 100,000,000-credit balance. Eligible top-ups add another 27,000,000 credits. There are no automatic overage charges, and remaining positive credits expire when access ends.
Can I cancel?
Card subscriptions can be scheduled to cancel at the end of the current billing period. KWEEN does not automatically debit your wallet; each monthly term requires a new payment. Access and remaining positive credits end when the paid entitlement ends.
Why does KWEEN cost less?
KWEEN payments receive a 50% payment-method discount. The Concierge, website allowance, and credit grant are the same. You review and approve each KWEEN payment in your wallet, and Ezer never automatically debits it.
