Keep your Concierge accurate, lawful, and helpful

Ezer AI Concierge is being designed to answer from website information the owner selects and approves. Owners remain responsible for their website, approved knowledge, and the next steps offered to visitors.

Owner responsibilities

• Use Ezer only for a website you own or are authorized to manage.
• Select accurate, current, customer-facing source pages.
• Review proposed knowledge before publication.
• Keep important prices, availability, eligibility, warranties, and policies current.
• Provide a contact path for questions Ezer cannot answer.
• Describe use of the Concierge in your own privacy notice when appropriate.

Prohibited uses

• Fraud, impersonation, phishing, credential theft, malware, or security evasion.
• Requesting passwords, payment-card data, seed phrases, private keys, government identifiers, or similarly sensitive information.
• Illegal, infringing, deceptive, discriminatory, or unsafe content.
• High-impact automated decisions about medical treatment, legal rights, credit, employment, housing, insurance, education, or essential services.
• Websites primarily directed to children under 13.
• Attempts to access another customer's account, knowledge, sessions, or usage.
• Source content intended to override Ezer's safety, tenant, or grounding rules.

Visitor notice

Do not share passwords, payment details, wallet recovery phrases, health records, government identifiers, or other sensitive information. AI can make mistakes and the Concierge cannot complete transactions.

Enforcement

Ezer may restrict crawling, publication, visitor answers, payment access, or an account to investigate abuse, protect users, comply with law, or prevent harm.
